This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by Dr. Vilobh Bharatiya under Institute of E Ayurved, including but not limited to Charak Samhita, Sushrut Samhita, Ashtang Hruday, Ashtang Sangraha, Madhav Nidan, Sharangdhar Samhita, Bhaishajya Ratnavali, Chakradatta, Kashyap Samhita, Ayurvedic Nighantu, and all other Android and iOS apps listed on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

1. Information We Collect

Our apps are digital reference libraries for classical Ayurvedic texts. They operate completely offline after initial content download and do not collect personal information from users.

Data Collected:

• No Personal Identifiers: No names, emails, phone numbers, or user accounts are collected.

• No Location Data: No GPS or location tracking.

• Purchase Data: Transaction identifiers (purchaseToken, orderId) are temporarily processed by RevenueCat and Google Play/Apple In-App Purchase systems for purchase validation only. This data is anonymized and not linked to user identities.

• Device Information: Standard device identifiers may be used temporarily for app functionality and crash reporting (if enabled), but are not stored or shared with third parties.

• Usage Data: No analytics or behavioral tracking is implemented.

2. How We Use Your Information

• App Functionality: Purchase tokens are used solely to unlock paid content after successful In-App Purchase verification.

• Content Delivery: All text content (Sanskrit shlokas, Hindi/English interpretations) is stored locally on the device.

• No Marketing: No data is used for advertising, user profiling, or marketing purposes.

3. Third Party Services

• RevenueCat: Processes In-App Purchases using anonymized transaction data only. RevenueCat does not collect or store personal user information. RevenueCat Privacy Policy

• Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchases: Standard platform billing services using transaction tokens only.

4. Data Storage and Retention

• Offline Storage: All app content is stored locally on the user's device.

• No Cloud Storage: No user data is uploaded to any servers.

• Purchase Data: Transaction tokens are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after content unlock.

5. Your Rights

Users have the right to:

• Access: No personal data is collected, so no access requests needed.

• Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all local data.

• No Tracking: Users are not tracked across apps or websites.

6. Children's Privacy

Our apps do not target children under 13. They are educational tools for students and practitioners of classical Ayurvedic studies.

7. Security

• All content is stored securely on the device using standard iOS/Android encryption.

• No data transmission occurs after initial content download.

• Purchase processing uses secure platform billing (Google Play/Apple StoreKit).

8. Changes to This Policy

We will notify users of significant changes via app updates. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
