6. Awareness Courses
Our awareness courses are offered on a no-profit, no-loss basis to promote Ayurveda among BAMS graduates, students, and MD/MS students. Course fees reflect operational costs, and full payment is due two weeks before the start date. No payment plans are offered.
- Participants are responsible for their internet costs.
- The Institute is not liable for connectivity issues or technical difficulties beyond its control. Sessions may be canceled without prior notice in such cases.
- Any scheduling changes will be communicated in advance.
7. Registration and Access to Site
Only candidates admitted to the Institute’s awareness programs may register on the Site. Registered users may access restricted content, with permissions managed by the Site owner. Access permissions may be modified without prior notice.
8. Termination of Registration
Violations of any term may lead to immediate termination of your registration without prior notice.
9. Refund of Course Fees
As an educational program, course admission fees are non-refundable. Admission cancellations will not result in refunds. Fees for Android and iPhone applications are also non-refundable.
10. Android Applications
The Institute provides Android applications as Ayurvedic reference resources, with subscriptions restricted to Ayurvedic graduates. While we aim to limit access, verification of every subscriber is beyond our control.
- Subscription is valid for 15 years from the date of purchase and applies to a single device.
- The Institute reserves the right to discontinue the application after this period and make subscription fee adjustments without prior notice.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable across devices, and users must subscribe again for new devices.
11. iPhone Applications
The Institute launched iPhone applications in February 2022, with terms and conditions governed by Apple App Store policies. Payment and user data management are handled exclusively by Apple. Existing Android users are not eligible for migration to the iPhone platform.
12. Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Amravati, Maharashtra. Claims must be filed within a reasonable period after they arise. Failure to enforce any term shall not constitute a waiver of rights.
www.instituteofeayurved.com may assign its rights under this Agreement without notice. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
The Institute is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union.
